Article 1 – Purchase agreement
After placing an order via the webshop at www.kooistra.com the purchase agreement is established.
Article 2 – Prices
All of the mentioned prices are VAT exlusive. The VAT inclusive prices of the products and shipping are automatically calculated and will be shown in your shopping cart when you check out. All prices are in euro’s and are subject to change. Changed prices do not affect ongoing orders.
Article 3 – Delivery and delivery costs webshop
3.1 3.1 When placing an order via our webshop the delivery service of Kooistra.com BV. is automatically applied, this includes delivery costs. These costs will be shown in your shopping cart. If you do not want to use the delivery service of Kooistra.com BV. you need to place your order via one of our sales staff. You can do this by phone, via e mail or by visiting our showroom.
Article 4 – Delivery
4.1 Orders will be delivered within 3 – 7 working days after receipt of payment. (this excludes unforeseen circumstances)
4.2 Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation nor the right to cancel your order or to terminate the agreement unless the delay in delivery is such that you cannot reasonably expect you to maintain the agreement. You are then entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement if necessary. All mentioned delivery times are only indicative and cannot lead to any right or liability.
4.3 Kooistra.com BV. reserves the right to cancel an order or part of it at any time due to the unavailability of products or for any reason whatsoever. The product costs associated with the by Kooiste.com BV canceled or partially canceled order will be refunded. A canceled or partially canceled order by Kooistra.com BV does not entitle you to any compensation.
Article 5 – Payment methods
Payment can be made in the following ways:
• Cash payment at pick up. Also you pay no shipping. (note, ony applies when you place an order via the sales department.)
• Orders can be easily paid by bank transfer (via check or via internet banking) to: IBAN: NL23ABNA0416168655, BIC: ABNANL2A, Kooistra.com BV in Leeuwarden, quoting you order number

Article 6 – Changes to terms
Applicable is the latest version or the version that was valid at the time of placing an order.
Article 7 – Privacy policy
The information you provide will be included in the customer database of Kooistra.com BV. This database also contains the data necessary for the settlement of orders, including delivery and payment information. The client database is used strictly confidential for the execution and settlement of orders and will never be disclosed to third parties.
Article 8 – Returns/ cancel
8.1 Each order can be canceled at the date of placing the order, this without any costs. Orders can be canceled by sending an e mail to Kooistra.com BV., this can be done via the contact form or to info@kooistra.com. Your cancellation will be confirmed by e mail. In your written cancellation you need to mention your full name and order number.
8.2 If you wish to cancel your order but did not do so on the date of placing the order or cannot provide an confirmation of cancellation, we will charge you an amount equal to 10% of the total order amount.
8.3 If you cancel your order after it has been shipped out to you, then Kooistra.com BV. is forced to charge you an amount equal to 20% of the total order amount.
8.4 For the repayment of money paid (in advance), we also need your bank information. Customers from Belgium should also mention the IBAN and BIC/ Swift number of their own bank. Note: the account you specify for repayment must be equal to the account on which payment was receipt by Kooistra.com BV. This due to possible fraud refunds.
