Slow juicer vs. Juicer
Unlike a juicer, the slow juicer squeezes the ingredients through a screw at low speed. This allows you to preserve the nutritional value of your fruit and vegetables. The cell structure of all vitamins, enzymes and minerals also remains intact. You get less foam and more juice. Because the slow juicer presses at low speed and cold, little oxidation occurs. 2 positions and reverse function
The slow juicer has 2 speed settings: ‘Soft’ and ‘Hard’. The fewer rotations per minute (RPM), the more juice remains. For the best results, press soft, juicy fruit and vegetables in a different way than fruit and vegetables that are hard and contain less juice. Use the ‘Soft’ setting with 80-90 RPM for, for example, orange, grape, strawberry, grapefruit, pineapple, watermelon, berries, tomatoes and cucumber.
