Description
With this Blokker meat tenderiser, you can easily prepare various types of meat. The tenderiser is made from sturdy beech wood with an aluminium head. Both sides of the head feature small metal spikes to tenderise meat, flatten it – for example, for schnitzels or gordon bleus – and to distribute herbs or marinades evenly throughout the meat.
Measuring 28,5 cm , the tenderiser fits comfortably in the hand and provides sufficient leverage to achieve the desired result with minimal effort.
