Shipping and payment information
Delivery or collection
We only supply businesses, in the Netherlands and beyond. A company name is required at checkout. Private customers are welcome at our warehouse sales and in the Maxx and Actieverkoop shops.
You can have your order delivered or collect it yourself (or have it collected) from our warehouse at Apolloweg 2 in Leeuwarden. You choose this at checkout. Collection is possible Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00 and is free of charge. If you want us to send the pallet shipment with a haulier, the rates below apply.
Looking for a small order of one or a few outer cartons? Add the products to the quote list and send it, or contact our sales team. We will then send you a proposal with a payment link or a pro forma invoice.

Other countries
If your country is not in the table, you can still order in the webshop. You then pay by pro forma invoice only and the minimum order value is €1,950 excl. VAT. We arrange transport on request: we send a pro forma invoice including the transport costs and get the lot ready as soon as it has been paid.
VAT
- Netherlands: 21% VAT.
- Other EU country with a valid VAT number: enter it at checkout. The number is checked in VIES and VAT is reverse-charged (0%).
- Other EU country without a VAT number: you can still order and you pay 21% Dutch VAT. If you send us the number later, we issue a credit note and a new invoice with reverse-charged VAT. You get the 21% back.
- Regular customer with a VAT number we already have on file: we can set your customer account to VAT-exempt in advance. Email info@kooistra.com.
- Outside the European Union: no Dutch VAT. Import duties, VAT and customs clearance costs in the country of destination are for your account.
Payment
In the webshop you pay in advance, also when you collect. You can pay by:
- iDEAL | Wero
- Bancontact
- credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- pay by pro forma invoice: you pay nothing when ordering, we send a pro forma invoice with our bank details and ship or get the order ready once payment is received
If you agree a lot with us through the quote form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we send a pro forma invoice for a bank transfer or a payment link.
