Which returned goods we buy

• Mixed pallets of returned goods from online shops and retail chains
• B-grade and items with damaged or opened packaging
• Consumer returns: household goods, textiles, toys, tools and decoration
• Damaged lots, for example after transport or water damage (damage liquidation)
• Rejected or non-resaleable stock from returns centres
• Regular return flows on a contract basis

We buy the whole lot without any sorting beforehand. We do not buy private belongings, second-hand goods or household contents.

How does it work?

1. Offer your lot: send a description of the return lot with quantities and photos using the offer form.
2. An offer straight away: if we're interested, you receive a no-obligation offer right away for the complete lot.
3. Collection and prompt payment: once you agree, we pay the invoice straight away and arrange the transport ourselves.

Frequently asked questions about selling returned goods

Do you buy returned goods in any condition?

Yes. We buy returned goods regardless of condition: unopened, opened, B-grade or lightly damaged, as long as the lot as a whole is saleable. We also take over damaged lots, for example after transport or water damage.

Do I have to sort my returns before offering them?

No. We buy unsorted mixed pallets and do not cherry-pick: the whole lot is taken over. A rough description of the contents and a few photos are enough for an offer.

What is the difference between returned goods and B-grade?

Returned goods are items sent back by consumers or shops, often in varying condition. B-grade means new products with a minor defect or damage. In practice the two are often mixed on the same pallets; Kooistra.com buys both categories.

Can you also take over regular return flows from an online shop?

Yes. Besides one-off lots we also take over periodic or ongoing return flows, for example one lorry load a month. That keeps space free in your returns department and gives you a fixed, reliable buyer.

Where are the returned goods sold?

Through our network of retailers, market traders and wholesalers in Europe and through export to Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, among other regions. On request your returns stay completely outside your own sales channel.
