From now on, you can enjoy the tastiest pizzas at home, just like you’re used to from your favourite pizzeria! The Blokker Pizza Stone (Ø33 cm) is made from high-quality natural stone. This material absorbs excess moisture from the pizza dough and distributes the heat extremely evenly, ensuring your pizza base bakes up deliciously light and crispy. This round pizza stone is ideal for use in the oven and on the barbecue.

Thanks to the integrated handles, the stone is easy and safe to move (always use oven gloves!). As well as baking crispy pizzas, the natural stone is also ideal for finishing off artisan bread or focaccia, and keeps your pizza nice and warm for a long time after baking.

• Before using the stone for the first time, clean it with a damp cloth and leave it to dry thoroughly. If necessary, dust it with a little cornflour before baking.
• Always preheat the pizza stone together with the oven or barbecue (approx. 30–40 minutes). Never place a cold stone in a hot oven to prevent cracking caused by temperature differences.
• Never place the pizza stone directly on the bottom of the oven or on a glass oven door.
• Do not use the stone over an open flame.

• Always allow the pizza stone to cool completely after use.
• Carefully scrape off any caked-on residue with a spatula or knife.
• Not suitable for the dishwasher and do not use washing-up liquid ; the porous natural stone absorbs this, which may affect the flavour of your next pizza. Clean only with warm water and a damp cloth.
• It is normal for the natural stone to darken slightly with use.
